INTERLUX Brightside polyurethane was applied to sides in 2015 and topside in 2017. New spark plugs and wiring harness were installed and the 12v electrical system was updated in 2015.

This is superb example of an early Chris Craft Sedan Runabout. According to Chris Craft ONLY 32 were built with the sedan top and only handful exist to this day. Chrome, gauges, wiring, fuel tank and system, interior and much more were done during restoration. The boats bottom was replaced, sides and decks were refastened, many bottom and deck frames were replaced. The foredeck leading to the windshield curves up and the decking leading up to the aft cockpit had this feature as well creating the image of a double upswept. Known as an upswept Chris Craft, this boat was styled on most of the higher end models from 1929-1931. Chris Craft’s 28 Foot version runabout is a boating icon in itself. Access to wiring and controls is under the dash. There is ample space for storage items (anchor, life jackets, oar, fire extinguisher - all included) under the bow and alongside the seating. Bench seating is offered at the stern with room for three (3) and the forward seating is another bench with seating for two (2) to three (3). All gauges and hardware were re-chromed during the restoration. The interior is highlighted by the white steering wheel and the classic controls and gauges. The windshield is a framed, curved plexiglass. The details continue on the bow with a shiny chrome light assembly and Chris-Craft flag.
